Elizabeth Yesakov, MSW, LLMSW
Change can often feel uncomfortable, but that discomfort doesn’t necessarily indicate something is bad. My goal is to help others achieve a balanced lifestyle while overcoming any barriers that may make them feel “stuck.”
I have been providing therapeutic services since earning my Master’s in Social Work from Michigan State University in 2021. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology and Psychology from Michigan State, so I’m a Spartan fan.
I strive to create a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment for individuals of all ages, with a specialization in working with children, teens, and their families. I enjoy assisting clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, and ADHD symptoms. I also provide trauma-focused therapies for individuals dealing with PTSD. My approach includes various evidence-based therapies, such as play, art, and music therapy, as well as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all method in therapy, which is why I encourage my clients to advocate for a pace that feels comfortable for them as they work toward change.
I look forward to supporting and guiding you as you enter a new chapter in your life.
