Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

The outpatient therapist position is currently open to LLC's, LPC's, LLMSW's & LMSW's. We are currently open to taking applicants in our Flint and Grand Blanc, MI locations. A master's degree is required. Preferably, applicants have 1+ years of counseling experience. Looking for someone willing to work some evenings and be willing to grow into a caseload. Fully furnished office space and competitive fee split compensation available. Marketing and referrals provided along with Administrative and billing support. This is a W2 position, and we will credential if needed.

We are looking for therapists with a willingness to provide both in-person sessions and telehealth services. Various specialties welcome!

Position Details:

• Position Type: W-2 Employee (Biweekly Pay)

• Compensation: Paid at a flat hourly rate per completed session

• Office Space: Fully furnished office space provided

• Marketing: Marketing and referrals provided

• Requirements:

  • Licensed Counselor:  LLC's, LPC's, LLMSW's & LMSW's  

  • Ability to schedule and manage at least 20 sessions per week

    • In-person sessions (required)

    • Telehealth sessions

    • Willingness to provide in-office availability 2-3 evenings per week

  • Comfortable working with children and/or teens
