Lee-Anna Welsh, LLMSW

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Framingham State University. I obtained my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree specializing in Mental Health Practice from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts.

My clinical experience encompasses working with individuals from diverse backgrounds who face a wide range of mental health challenges. These challenges include but are not limited to, issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment difficulties, life stressors, trauma, PTSD, LGBTQIA+ concerns, infertility, pre and post-partum, parenting, grief, relationship issues, self-esteem struggles, self-advocacy, and women’s issues.

My primary focus is cultivating trust with my clients to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where they can freely express themselves. I recognize every client is unique, so I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet individual needs. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Trauma-informed therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Mindfulness techniques, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. This personalized approach allows me to assist my clients in achieving their mental health goals.

Therapy should be a collaborative journey, and my aim is for my clients to depart each session with a sense of encouragement, optimism, and a stride forward toward their aspirations. I hold the belief that everyone has the potential to lead a joyful and satisfying life, and I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their distinctive paths toward achieving that goal.
