Rachelle Willits, MSN, PMHNP-BC | Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Flint, MI & Michigan Telehealth
If you've found yourself here, chances are you're carrying more than most people realize. Maybe anxiety has become exhausting, depression has stolen your motivation, you're navigating ADHD, trauma, grief, or a difficult life transition — or you simply don't feel like yourself anymore. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone.
I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) based in Flint, Michigan, offering in-person psychiatric care as well as telehealth appointments for patients throughout Michigan. I believe healing begins when people feel genuinely heard. My goal is to create a space where you can take the mask off, speak openly without fear of judgment, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Mental health isn't about being "fixed" — it's about understanding yourself, building resilience, and creating a life that feels manageable and fulfilling.
Education & Credentials
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and am board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). My clinical background includes crisis stabilization, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and comprehensive mental health care across the lifespan.

- Anxiety disorders and panic disorder
- Depression and mood disorders
- ADHD evaluation and medication management (children, teens, and adults)
- Bipolar disorder

My Approach
I combine evidence-based medication management with education, collaboration, and practical coping strategies tailored to each person's life. Whether you're looking for a psychiatric nurse practitioner in Flint for an in-person visit or searching for online psychiatry in Michigan for the convenience of telehealth, I'm currently accepting new patients and would be honored to walk alongside you.
My goal isn't just to reduce symptoms — it's to help you build the tools and confidence to keep moving forward long after you leave your appointment.
Now accepting new patients — in-person in Flint, MI, and via telehealth statewide across Michigan.
I look forward to meeting you!
