Max Denny, LLPC | Flint & Grand Blanc Therapist & Online Therapy
I am a Limited License Counselor dedicated to helping children (ages 6+), teens, and adults navigate life's challenges and achieve meaningful, lasting change. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Adrian College.
I believe that every person brings a unique story, a set of strengths, and life experiences to the counseling process. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, with a focus on creating a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with confidence.
My work is informed by evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also incorporate techniques from person-centered therapy and motivational interviewing, allowing me to tailor treatment to your individual needs, goals, and values.
Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, or simply feeling stuck, I am committed to walking alongside you as you work toward growth, healing, and greater well-being. Together, we will build practical tools and insights that support the life you want to create while honoring who you are and where you've been.
Seeking support is a courageous step, and I would be honored to be a part of your journey.
“Stop trying to control how you feel, and instead take control of what you do.” -Russ Harris
