I obtained my BA in Psychology from Saginaw Valley State University and my MSW from Michigan State University. With 17 years of experience as a Clinical Social Worker, I have been helping clients from diverse backgrounds conquer various challenges and live a fulfilled life. I use tailored and evidence-based approaches to help my clients achieve their goals and rediscover happiness in life. While I assist adults with various struggles and treatment needs, I specialize in adult grief counseling as a certified grief-informed professional.

I launched Giesken Counseling Services in 2017 to offer safe and compassionate mental health therapy services to the surrounding community. Our practice is devoted to providing clients with a comfortable and supportive environment to enable long-term growth and change. We have established a team of highly qualified and experienced therapists who I am privileged to work with.

We are constantly improving our practice to ensure that quality care and services are offered to our communities.
