Bailee Geml | LPC Graduate Intern
I enjoy working with young adults and adults, and I am open to the opportunity of working with older adolescents as well. I have a particular interest in helping individuals navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, attachment-related challenges, trauma, and feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I offer practical tools and gentle encouragement for growth, striving to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences, gaining insight, and building confidence in their ability to navigate life's challenges.
I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, as well as person-centered, strengths-based, somatic-informed, and attachment-informed perspectives. I recognize that each client is unique, and I tailor treatment to fit their individual needs, goals, and strengths.
My goal is to help clients develop effective coping skills, deepen their self-understanding, and make meaningful changes that align with their values. Whether you are facing a difficult transition, managing emotional challenges, or seeking personal growth, I am dedicated to meeting you where you are and supporting you every step of the way.
