Kelly Danielson, LMSW
Choosing counseling is a significant step toward personal growth and healing. No matter how challenging life may seem right now, there is always a path forward. Together, we can navigate that journey.
I am a dedicated clinical social worker and therapist with a Master's degree in clinical social work from Wayne State University, which I earned in 2009. I specialize in guiding young adults, adults, and seniors through difficult times, especially those dealing with depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I believe that everyone deserves an unbiased support system to help them regain control and find true happiness.
My diverse therapeutic approach includes Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused sessions, among others. Through a compassionate and client-centered lens, I empower clients to understand personal responsibility, enabling them to reclaim their power for transformation and positive change.
With over 14 years of experience in outreach, case management, and individual therapy, I provide a safe and empathetic space for clients to explore communication issues, navigate relationships, and address various challenges. My commitment to fostering emotional well-being ensures that no one has to face their struggles alone.
I invite you to begin your journey toward transformation, equipped with the right tools and a desire for a better life.
