Christie Caver, LLMSW | Flint Therapist & Online Therapy
Life can sometimes leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, unheard, or uncertain about how to move forward. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, family concerns, a major life transition, or a crisis that's made it difficult to manage everyday life. I'm Christie Caver, and my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly and begin working toward greater peace, confidence, stability, and emotional well-being — in Flint, MI or online throughout Michigan.

I earned both my Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Social Work degrees from Wayne State University, graduating summa cum laude from the bachelor's program. I work with children and teens, adults, older adults, couples, and families facing:
My Approach
My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and collaborative — because no two people have the same experiences, needs, or goals. I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, psychoeducation, grounding, and coping-skills development based on your individual needs.
Together, we can identify your strengths, explore what's been holding you back, and work toward meaningful, lasting growth.
