I graduated with my BA in Psychology from Oakland University, and Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California in the department of Children, Youth, and Families with a concentration in clinical mental health.
I have over five years of experience working with children, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds in various settings, as well as in areas related to anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and life transitions. I am particularly interested in exploring somatic-based work, inner child healing, and mindfulness-based stress reduction to help people process trauma, stress, and anxiety.
I offer a strengths-based perspective and person-centered approach, and I strive to provide a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for you to feel seen, heard, and safe enough to be yourself.
